Fanschoek Retail Development

This is a continuation on the project which I previously posted on the website (see 'First Portfolio Sub' tab).

The drawing below is the latest plan which I worked on.

 The drawings below shows a more detailed plan of the Agrimark store with a mezzanine level and also shows a demolision plan of the store for its future extension.

The drawings below are of the Spar section of the development. It consists of a more detailed plan of Spar as well as a section through Spar wiith a detail of the mezzanine floor slab.

Redrawn House Plan

This was a plan that my boss need me to draw up because the previouly drawn plan could not be found. I was given a plan of the house that was printed in 2002 and was told to draw from this. The plans were for municipality for an additional boundary wall.

Ou de Molon

Ou de Molon is situated behind the railway station in Stellenbosch. This was a site that had to be drawn up in sketch up so that the director could get an overall layout of the structure. I was responsible for the building below which is a factory.

Sollie's Boma & Melkstroom

Sollie's Boma is a fireplace I drew up for one of the architects at the firm.

For Melkstroom myself and Aubrey where given each half of a site with contours and we were asked to draw it up in sketch up.
