This is a project that is located near Jamestown. It is a residential settlement for people who are looking for a place to retire in comfort and luxury. The settlement consists of different unit types that suite the needs of the clients. The units had already been drawn up but because we had a problem with the drive where we stored all or office work on these drawings dissappeared. We were however able to recover most of the unit types but all the drawing had were the plans and the outdated elevations. I was responcible for restoring and updating the following units to what our directors at the firm needed them to be. This meant that I had to update the plans, redraw all elevations and calculate all the areas of each unit.
